North Devon Teacher Network

A review of the 2019 Papers

North Devon Teacher Network is a newly formed teacher network which is an AMSP-funded project, allowing teachers of Mathematics to meet, collaborate and to share best practice. We meet termly and the programme is mainly speaker-led training and discussion and may include informal sessions.

  • Introduction to the Network meeting and AMSP
  • Reviewing the 2019 papers and how lessons from these can support teaching and learning of GCSE Mathematics

This meeting will focus on a review of the summer's GCSE exam papers, but if teachers wish to spend time discussing A Level papers, there will also be the opportunity.

Discussion based around the exam boundaries, examiners' reports, question types and students' success.

We will also discuss and decide on the content for future meetings.
